This new program consists of 6 exercise-based sessions, over a 6-week period. These classes are designed for people of ANY AGE, who are interested in improving their dynamic balance and stamina. You can register for any of these classes on our website while spots are open.
Classes are $10 per session or $60 total
There will be 6, one hour sessions, from April 10th to May 15th from 9-10AM.
