The initiative, titled Black Men for Better Health, focuses on Aiken and Chester County. In October, in collaboration with AIR Consultants, SCDPH Departments, and Midlands Community Engagement, we will be hosting a virtual conversation aimed at shaping public health programming that better serves African American men.  Our goal is to engage Aiken and Chester County male residents, aged 21 and older to discuss health disparities and share their experiences.

We believe this initiative will be a significant step in elevating the voices of Black men in the conversation about health.
