Roads will begin to close at noon on the 21st to through traffic. Parking is available along roadsides and in the Lowrys Park between 7:00 a.m. and noon Saturday the 21st. 

*No staking out spots: a car or truck may be parked no earlier than Friday the 20th after 5:00 p.m. to save a spot.

RVs may park at the back of Lowrys Park Friday, Dec. 20th after 5:00 p.m. and must park with the front of your vehicle facing Courtney Lane - not sideways. RVs should leave after the parade on the 21st. Participants--please check in at the Lowrys School Community Center at 2266 Old York Road, Chester, SC 29706.
