Annually, the Chamber of Commerce hosts its esteemed banquet at the Gateway Conference Center. This major event serves as our annual membership meeting, showcasing the installation of our 2025 officers, highlighting key objectives for the year ahead, and honoring our outstanding business award recipients. With nearly 500 attendees expected—a reflection of last year’s record turnout—this is a premier opportunity for business networking.

Join us on “Fat Tuesday” March 4, 2025, as we commemorate the Chamber’s 67th annual banquet “Beads & Business.” This signature event celebrates the contributions of every member in strengthening our Chamber and driving the prosperity of Chester County’s economy. To ensure inclusivity, we offer sponsorship opportunities to businesses, industries, and not-for-profits across all sectors. Sponsorships provide an avenue to make the evening memorable, showcase your brand, and promote your products and services to hundreds of local business leaders.

As costs associated with hosting the banquet continue to rise, sponsorships are crucial in keeping ticket prices affordable—a benefit highly valued by our attendees.

BEADS & BUSINESS “Mardi Gras themed” SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

The Banquet King sponsorship is $5,000 & includes a table of 16 guests at the banquet. This sponsorship will cover the evening's production costs. With an estimated 500 in attendance, this sponsorship breaks down to $10 per guest. King Sponsors will get preferred seating at the event, brand advertising prior to and after the event on social media, the chamber website, and event emails, as well as during the event in the e-program and in print on each guest table.

The Banquet Queen sponsorship is $3,500 & includes a table of 10 guests at the banquet. This sponsorship will cover the costs of the keynote speaker. With an estimated 500 in attendance, this sponsorship breaks down to $7 per guest. Queen Sponsors will get preferred seating at the event, brand advertising prior to and after the event on social media, the chamber website, and event emails, as well as during the event in the e-program and in print on each guest table.

The Banquet Gold sponsorship is $2500 & includes a table of 8 at our annual banquet. This sponsorship will help with decorations to make the night special for our guests. With an estimated $500 guests, this sponsorship is $5 per person. Gold Sponsors will get preferred seating at the event, brand advertising prior to and after the event on social media and the chamber website, as well as during the event in the e-program and in print on each guest table.

The Banquet Purple sponsorship is $1000 & comes with 4 banquet tickets. This sponsorship assists with keeping ticket prices low as it offsets our food costs. With an estimated 500 attendees, this sponsorship is $2.40 per person. Purple Sponsors will get brand advertising prior to and after the event on social media and the chamber website, as well as during the event in the e-program and in print on each guest table.

The Banquet Green sponsorship is $500 & comes with two banquet tickets. It offsets many of our event costs. Expecting 500 attendees, this sponsorship costs about $1 per person. Bronze sponsors will get brand advertising prior to and after the event on social media and the chamber website, as well as during the event in the e-program.

A Banquet General Sponsor is a $100 donation. This donation goes towards our complimentary tickets for the night's award winners. Sponsors will get brand advertising prior to and after the event on social media, as well as during the event in the e-program.
